NZ$1,190 covers the pair of you — NZ$595 a night against the suite's usual NZ$620. No resort fees, ever.
A table that doesn't turn over
Five courses from our own kitchen, plated for two at 19:00 or 20:30 — your call. Dietary notes sorted with one phone call, not a web form.
Cedar heat, lake air after
One evening the cedar sauna is booked for you alone. Robes and cold towels are waiting outside the door at 20:00 sharp.
Breakfast on your clock
Eggs from Gibbston, sourdough from Frankton, coffee that doesn't quit — served until noon, no early alarm required.

Three days, mapped lightly
Arrival & welcome drink
Rooms are ready from 14:00. Someone meets you at the door, pours something local and walks you up to the suite — no key codes, no kiosks.
Sauna at dusk
Your private slot is 20:00–21:00. We hand over robes at the door and leave the deck to you — the lake does the rest.
Breakfast whenever you wake
The kitchen holds until noon. Sleep in, order at 10:40, eat it in bed or at the window table — nobody will rush you.
Goodbye at the door
A proper see-you-later from a person who remembers your name. Flying out late? Ask — we're flexible when we can be.
Four things, done properly
The Panoramic Suite
48 m² of corner glass on two sides, a king bed dressed in wool and a bath you can run while the lake changes colour.
Private sauna hour
The cedar sauna, stoked by hand, booked for the two of you from 20:00 to 21:00 — robes and cold towels included.
The chef's dinner
Five courses for two from head chef Tane Whitiora, once per stay — 19:00 or 20:30 seating, your pick.
Late breakfast
Both mornings, served until noon. In bed, by the fire or at the window table — wherever you wake up.
