Everything in suite 31 sits low, soft and quiet — wool, oak and washed linen — so the view keeps the lead role. The king bed faces the water. The lounge faces the water. The bath, yes, faces the water. You may notice a theme.

A deep tub set against the corner glass — sheers for modesty, the lake for everything else. Bath salts and two robes are standard, not a turndown surprise.
Separate lounge
A proper second room: sofa, two armchairs, a record player and no reason to leave. The bedroom stays for sleeping only.

Refilled daily — the pinot in the fridge is from Gibbston, ten minutes up the road.
Private sauna hour
The cedar sauna is stoked from 6am; guests take the 8pm slot to themselves, robes and cold towels included.
A concierge, not an app
Dinner booked, taxis called, flowers arranged — knock on the door or ring the desk and a person answers.
